1. Age Requirement


  • All entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entering the competition.
  • Anyone who enters and is later found to be under 18 will not be eligible to receive the prize.
  • In such cases, the draw will be conducted again to select a valid winner.



2. How to Enter


  • Entries must be submitted through our website.
  • sometimes we may have restrictions of how many tickets can be bought 
  • All entries must be received before the closing date of the competition.



3. Prize


  • The prize is as stated on the competition page.
  • We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.


 4 .Free Entry Method

To enter any competition for free, you must send an unenclosed postcard by first or second-class post to the Promoter at the following address: kane young   PO box 245 Preston Lancashire PR1 8AA  

Your entry must be clearly hand-written in the English language and include the following information:

1. The name of the competition you wish to enter.

2. Your full legal name.

3. Your date of birth (to verify you are 18 years or older).

4. Your current postal address.

5. A valid telephone number and email address.

Important Conditions for Free Entry:

• One Entry Per Postcard: Only one entry is permitted per postcard. Bulk entries in a single envelope will not be accepted and will be treated as a single entry.

• Account Requirement: You must have an active registered account on our website at the time your entry is processed so that we can assign your ticket number. The details on your postcard must match the details on your website account.

• Processing Time: Free entries are treated in the exact same manner as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning. Entries must be received by the Promoter at least 48 hours before the competition closing date to allow for processing.

• Incomplete Entries: Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, or does not follow these instructions will be disqualified.

• Proof of Posting: Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post.

 

 

5. Winner Selection


  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
  • The draw will take place on the date specified on the competition page.
  • Decisions of the organizers are final and no correspondence will be entered into.



6. Notification


  • Winners will be notified by email within 24 hrs of the draw.
  • If a winner does not respond within 20 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.



7. Disqualification


  • Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these terms will be disqualified.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or breaching these rules.



8. Data Protection & Privacy


  • Personal data collected during entry will be used solely for administering the competition and delivering prizes.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes unless you opt-in.
  • By entering, you agree to our Privacy Policy.



9. Liability


  • We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the competition, except where required by law.
  • Participation in the competition is at your own risk.



10. Right to Amend


  • We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will be published on the competition page and take effect immediately.

      


11. Governing Law


  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • By entering, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
